Benjamin Soemartopo
Ben is a former partner of McKinsey & Company and managing partner of the Indonesia office.
Ben was a Managing Director at Standard Chartered Bank's Principal Finance business which had USD 4 Billion AUM and 100 portfolio companies across Asia, Middle East and Africa where he led Indonesian investing and was on the global IC.
Ben is a WEF Young Global Leader and co-founded the Young Leaders for Indonesian foundation.
CHIEF INSIGHTS & DATA OFFICER
Michael Hawkins
Mike has worked in market research and insights across Europe and Asia for leading companies including Kantar, duhumby and AIMIA.
He established the office of dunhunmby in Malaysia, and in Indonesia led AIMIA and built loyalty programs of MAP Club and Starbucks.
CO-FOUNDER & TECHNICAL FELLOW
Tarek Najm
Tarek architected Eureka's technology platform. He is a Microsoft Technical Fellow where he founded the Microsoft advertising business and led it to become a USD 3 billion revenue division.
Tarek then led the development of the Microsoft knowledge graph. He holds 34 patents in AI and machine learning.
